I only ask for information that is relevant to providing and managing my services.

5. Who I share your information with
I do not sell your personal information.
I may share or allow access to relevant information with service providers that help me run Birth Mindset and provide your booking, payment and online session services.
These may include:
● Wix, which provides my website, booking and related services
● Wix Payments and relevant payment providers, to process payments
● Google Workspace and Google Meet, for business communications and online sessions
● Other service providers where this is necessary to provide a service you have requested or where I am legally required to do so
These providers may process information on my behalf and may process data in countries outside the UK. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers in accordance with data protection requirements. Information relating to your booking and sessions will not be kept indefinitely. When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or otherwise disposed of where appropriate.

Because some information provided through my intake forms may be sensitive, I aim to collect and retain only information that is relevant to providing my services and to handle it with appropriate care.
