Birth Debrief Call
A safe space to talk through your birth experience
Service Description
Whatever shape your birth took, you deserve space to talk it through. This call is a dedicated space to process your birth experience, to go over what happened, ask the questions that have been sitting with you, and work through any feelings of disappointment, confusion, or trauma that may have followed. It isn't just emotional support. It's about understanding your birth, making sense of decisions made in the moment, and finding closure. You'll leave feeling heard, informed, and able to move forward, rather than carrying an unfinished story.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you're welcome to do so, including with less that 24 hours notice, and I will always do my best to find another suitable time for you. In exceptional circumstances, I may use my discretion regarding the cancellation policy.
