Service Description
Feeling fairly confident already, but want some extra reassurance and a few more tools in your back pocket? This one's for you. The Birth Prep Call is a focused session for parents who want targeted preparation without the full course — ideal if you're further along in pregnancy or already feel settled but want a boost of confidence. We talk through your specific birth plan, address any fears or unknowns, and run through breathing and coping techniques, so you walk into birth feeling grounded, calm, and ready
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you're welcome to do so, including with less that 24 hours notice, and I will always do my best to find another suitable time for you. In exceptional circumstances, I may use my discretion regarding the cancellation policy.
